By exploring attachment, triggers, trauma and your patterns, you can break out of old patterns and learn new skills and tools that lead to a fulfilling life. Family Therapy

PTSD/CPTSD & Trauma Therapy
Trauma Therapy can focus on understanding trauma responses, developing emotional regulation and coping skills, strengthening a sense of safety, processing traumatic experiences,and developing healthier patterns in relationships in everyday life.


EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapeutic approach designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. This evidence-based therapy involves guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to facilitate the processing of distressing memories.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals access and process emotional and psychological trauma. By locating specific eye positions that with distressing experiences, this method allows for deep emotional and integration. It is often used to treat conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression, providing a safe space for clients to explore their feelings find relief.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. This allows individuals to explore thoughts, that may be hidden from their conscious mind. Hypnotherapy can be effective in addressing various issues, such as, stress and habits.


SAD - Light Therapy
Light therapy, often referred to as SAD lamp therapy, involves exposure to bright light that mimics natural sunlight. This therapeutic approach is commonly used to alleviate symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and can boost mood, increase energy levels, and improve sleep patterns.

Schema Therapy
Schema therapy aims to help you recognize and change deep-rooted patterns in how you think, feel, and relate to others—especially patterns that keep repeating and hold you back.

Play Therapy
Play therapy helps children express emotions, build relationships, and develop skills through symbolic and pretend play. It includes structured (directive) and child-led (nondirective) approaches. Play therapy is effective for managing trauma, anxiety, autism, and ADHD across all ages
